New Lodge St Mawes Cornwall

The house, which is semi-detached, has well maintained front and rear gardens. There is a large comfortable lounge/dining room and breakfast kitchen, together with a shower and w.c. on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single) and a bathroom, with a further twin-bedded room on the second floor. A travel cot is available. Three of the four bedrooms overlook the sea. There is also a garage and ample parking on the drive. No pets please.

The house is fully equipped for seven guests with linen available for hire, and we employ a cleaner who will come in on your departure. It is centrally heated and double-glazed (apart from the kitchen). There is a well equipped kitchen including a washing machine, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.

The lounge has a panoramic sea view looking over to St. Mawes and Pendennis Castles. 

There is a colour television with SKYPLUS TV, DVD player,  and cd-player/radio.
